When first starting out, going to the gym consistently can seem like a drag. You are there but don’t necessarily know what you should be doing or where to start. Looking up workouts online to try at the gym can be challenging too because they aren’t always your fitness level. Doing a High Intensity workout you seen online that you think will burn calories can get you injured and then you will be back where you started, at home waiting to recover and telling yourself this isn’t for you.
